Saudi Visa Process

The Visa Processing for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is different from other Middle East countries. The stepwise process for the recruitment in Saudi Arabia is given below.

EMPLOYERS PROVIDE US ELECTRONIC – WAKALA ( E-WAKALA)

An e-service provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which enables beneficiaries to manage and register authorization on their visas.

DEMAND LETTER

A formal letter issued by the employer to service provider. With full detail; including Number of Worker, Job Category, Monthly Basic Salary, Contract Period, Working Hours and all other terms and conditions like; Food, Accommodation, Medical, Insurance, Air Ticket, Service Charge and etc.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

Letter issued by the employer authorizing service provider. to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with respective Embassy and related agencies of Government of Nepal.

GUARANTEE LETTER

This letter is issued by employer addressing the Consulate General of respective Embassy addressing him/her of appointment of Varsha Manpower Pvt. Ltd. as a lawful recruiting agency of employer and to carry out all Visa formalities with Embassy.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This agreement will made between Employer and Employee clearly stating and precisely all terms and conditions.

AGENCY AGREEMENT

This agreement is made in between First Party (Employer) and Second Party (Recruiting Agency) mentioning all terms and conditions for placing human resource from Nepal.

  • Medical Fit Reports, Original Passports, E-Wakal & other related documents are submitted to Saudi Embassy Consulate Section in Kathmandu, Nepal for their visa endorsement.

Note: Only the Manpower Companies who are authorized and provided with Entry Card from the Saudi Embassy in Kathmandu are eligible to submit the passports for visa stamping. Saudi Consulate Kathmandu has issued Entry (ENTRY Card #452 ) in our agency name.
