develop a job description that accurately represents the position.
- Sourcing: We use various sourcing methods, including job
postings, social media, and referrals, to attract potential candidates.
Our agency also maintains a pool of qualified candidates to tap into for
open positions.
Candidate Screening: We review resumes and conduct initial phone
screenings to assess the candidates’ qualifications, skills, and
experience. We also verify their eligibility to work in the relevant
location.
In-person Interview: We invite qualified candidates for an in-person
interview to further assess their qualifications, skills, and experience.
During the interview, we also evaluate their personality, communication
skills, and overall fit for the role and the company culture.
Reference and Background
Checks: We conduct reference and
background checks on the top candidates to verify their work history,
education, and other relevant information.
Candidate Presentation: We present the top candidates to the client for
their review and consideration. We provide a detailed report on each candidate,
including their qualifications, experience, strengths, and potential areas
of concern.
Client Interview: We assist in scheduling and conducting interviews
between the client and the top candidates. We provide feedback and
guidance to both parties throughout the process.
Offer Negotiation: We assist in negotiating a competitive offer that
is fair to both the client and the candidate. We also provide support in
preparing the employment contract and any other necessary paperwork.
- Candidate Onboarding: We assist in the onboarding process to ensure a
smooth transition for the candidate into their new role. This includes
providing support for orientation, training, and any other necessary
steps.
Throughout the
recruitment process, we maintain open communication with the client and
candidates, providing updates, feedback, and support as needed. We are
