8. Offer Negotiation: We assist in negotiating a competitive offer that is fair to both the client and the candidate. We also provide support in preparing the employment contract and any other necessary paperwork.
   
   
9. Candidate Onboarding: We assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the candidate into their new role. This includes providing support for orientation, training, and any other necessary steps.
